Our Resilience blend is used for espresso in our shop. We blend coffees from Africa and the Americas to maintain a flavor profile that's a little fruity and balanced with rich chocolate notes. The current offering is comprised of a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia and a Washed coffee from Honduras.
